How to Sign Up
Please RSVP to the event using the QR code on the flyer by November 13th,2026. In Person or Hybrid available.
More details will be shared as event plans are finalized. We look forward to celebrating with you.
In Person Participants / Hybrid Participants
In-Person
- Please RSVP for the event prior to the specified deadline. (November 13th,2026)
- One week before the event, you will receive instructions regarding rehearsals.
- Suggested attire is business casual.
- Venue: Light Hall (Fall 2026)
- Check-in begins at 3:00 PM (MST).
- Rehearsals will commence at 3:20 PM (MST).
- Doors will open at 3:45 PM (MST).
- The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM (MST).
Hybrid
- Please RSVP for the event before the deadline. (November 13th,2026)
- The Social Work Department will send out the pinning ceremony materials, including the pin, ribbon, cord, and ceremony pamphlet.
- One week prior to the event, you will receive instructions regarding rehearsals.
- During the week of the pinning ceremony, Zoom instructions and your participant link will be provided.
- Check-in will begin at 3:00 PM (MST) via Zoom.
- *When entering your Zoom name, please use the format: Last Name, First Name (e.g., Doe, Jane or Smith, John). If using an alternative alias, include it in quotation marks (e.g., Doe, Jane “Rose”).
- Please wait for further instructions from an IT staff member before the ceremony begins.
- The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM (MST).
