Social Work Graduate Success: Employment Rates and Job Growth Trends

In terms of “gainful employment in the field,” of our 2025 survey results, 78% of our graduates were either already employed or became employed in the field within one year of graduation. 

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), jobs in social work are expected to increase by 18.4% between 2022 and 2032 (www.bls.gov).
